The Process
You provide the blueprints to us, and we'll create a digital model from them, then print out four types of custom tapes for you to unroll and staple onto the lumber.
Additionally, you'll receive a 3D model, views of each wall, BOMs, cut lists, and task lists on your device.
1) Pre-marked tapes:
- Foundation Tape with hold-downs, anchor bolts, and plumbing layout to staple to the foundation form.
- Plate Tape with stud layout to staple onto plates.
- Header Tape with cut marks and cripple layout to staple onto header beams prior to cutting them.
- Window Tape with trimmer, sill marks to staple onto king studs.

This example showcases a typical construction project utilizing the Core Envision system, highlighting its efficiency and accuracy. Initially, the project begins with the client providing detailed blueprints. Our team then converts these blueprints into a comprehensive digital model, which serves as the basis for customizing construction materials.
Using the digital model, we print four types of custom tapes that are crucial for precise placement. These tapes are designed to be stapled onto key structural components such as beams and plates, ensuring every piece is correctly aligned according to the layout plan.

As the physical construction begins, workers apply the tapes to the lumber, using them as guides for both alignment and measurement. This method not only streamlines the process but also reduces the margin of error typically associated with manual measurements.
2) Mobile App
Alongside the physical construction, the Core Envision system provides the team with digital tools, including a 3D model of the project, views of each wall, detailed cut lists, and comprehensive task lists. These resources are accessible directly on the workers’ devices, facilitating real-time updates and adjustments.
This integrated approach significantly enhances efficiency, allowing for faster completion times and minimizing waste.
